Frontdesk Officer

C & I Leasing is seeking a smart, intelligent person to join the team as a front desk officer for the Head Office Location.

Education: OND/HND

Responsibilities

 

Candidate will be responsible for  handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mails. Also schedule meetings and travel for executives.

  • First recipient of calls and inquiries; must answer intelligently and provide closure, resolutions and escalate adequately when necessary.
  • Route calls which cannot be closed at first level with discretion and clarity of recipients role in closing the request.
  • Receive visitors to head office, engage and ensure they are attended to adequately and promptly ensuring brief waiting time and ensures reception is never cluttered with unattended guests.
  • Schedule meetings and travel for executives.
  • Manage calendar bookings and scheduling for meeting rooms
  • Coordinate and track  physical mail flow and distribution in and out of office in synergy with the dispatch team.
